Poco días después de nuestra pedida, cuando ya habíamos informado a los familiares y amigos mas íntimos de nuestra gran noticias me dí cuenta que ahora me tocaba organizar una boda. Y el problema no era solo eso, tenia que organizar una boda española! Siendo extranjera os puedo asegurar que eso asusta mucho!
Había asistido ya a varias bodas aquí en Sevilla como invitada y siempre me habían impresionado mucho. Todos esos detalles organizados hasta el máximo, los detalles de los invitados, el vestimento tan cuidado de las invitadas y mucho más. Qué diferente son las bodas en Bélgica, mucho más sencillas, simples (y en mi opinión menos bonita que los de aquí je je).
Así que por un lado estaba encantada de poder casarme «a lo española» pero claro allí estaba yo con mi mayor reto jamas: «Como organizo yo una boda»… Pues en el principio ni idea, hasta que empecé a curiosear y abrí este blog (aquel día en el verano ) como diario y apoyo para mi misma!
A lo largo de todo este tiempo me he dado cuenta que la mayoría de las novias no saben donde empezar (pues oye no era la única eeeeh) y por esa razón hoy os quiero ayudar con la agenda de tareas para una boda.
Los pasos mas importante según el calendario son estas:
1 Año ó dos antes de la boda:
Elegir la fecha en la que nos queremos casar.
Calcular número de invitados y presupuesto aproximado.
Buscar y reservar lugar del Banquete.
Buscar y reservar Iglesia o juzgado.
9 a 11 meses antes de la boda:
Buscar proveedores: fotógrafo, videografo, catering, wedding planner, decorador etc…
Preparar una lista preliminar de invitados (un truquito aquí).
Decidir las damas de honor, los pajes y damitas.
Empezar a seleccionar el vestido de novia.
Pensar en posibles destinos para la luna de miel y solicitar presupuestos.
6 a 8 meses antes de la boda:
Reservar el viaje de novios en la agencia de viajes.
Para la boda religiosa en la parroquia del enlace indicarán las fechas de cursillos prematrimoniales.
Buscar y contratar la música para la boda.
Seleccionar y encargar las invitaciones.
Elegir y comprar las alianzas. También puedes realizar un taller para crear tu propias alianzas de boda, una experiencia única, que os llenará de orgullo y sentimientos cada vez que veáis el símbolo de unión en vuestra mano.
Reservar el viaje de novios en la agencia de viajes.
4 a 5 meses antes de la boda:
Solicitar y preparar la documentación para la boda religiosa o civil.
Reservar habitaciones en un hotel para los invitados que residan fuera.
Comprar el traje del Novio.
Comprar los accesorios de novia: zapatos, tocado/velo, pendientes etc etc.
Seleccionar la peluquería, la maquilladora para la novia.
Determinar la decoración de la boda.
Reservar los proveedores que aun no tienes reservados.
3 meses antes de la boda:
Enviar invitaciones a los invitados para que organicen su agenda.
Preparar ceremonia, protocolo, lecturas, música.
Encargar los detalles para los invitados.
Reservar las flores para la boda.
Reservar el transporte para los invitados
Preparar el baile de los novios (coreografía)
2 meses antes de la boda:
Hacer la prueba del peinado y maquillaje
Seleccionar la música para la ceremonia, recepción y banquete.
Probar y elegir el menú.
Tratamiento de cutis para la novia
1 mes antes de la boda:
Llamar y volver a confirmar todos los proveedores contratados.
Confirmar la asistencia de todos tus invitados.
Volver a confirmar la reserva de tu luna de miel.
Y ahora el consejo mas importante que os puedo dar como novia casada.
Algunos días antes de la boda relajaros y disfrutar. Recordad que en todas las bodas algo va mal…Es así y lo tenéis que asumir y una vez que todos los detalles estén cerrados, disfrutad de vuestra boda salga como salga!
